The six holiday apartments are built with healthy, eco-friendly materials and feature bright, modern interiors. However, the greatest emphasis was placed on practicality. The apartments feature large rain showers with natural stone tiles, high-quality kitchens with granite worktops, and smart-home systems for shading and ventilation. You’ll appreciate the underfloor heating on cold days just as much as the air conditioning during the summer heat. Thanks to the smart home system, you can enjoy a worry-free holiday and relax completely—the apartment takes care of itself and you. Perfect temperature, ventilation, and shading ensure your comfort no matter the weather.
A special feature of the Alpensicht holiday apartment is its wheelchair-accessible design, as well as a walk-in 1.5 m x 1.5 m shower and a freestanding bathtub. Since the bedrooms face east, you’ll be woken up by the sun—if you’d like. Of course, you can also sleep in until noon, as every window has a blind or roller shade.

In the centre of Untermooweiler, a village of 100 residents idyllically situated between Wangen im Allgäu and Lindau, a barn over 70 years old has been converted into holiday apartments (2nd & 3rd floors). The village has two horse farms and a dairy farm—more animals than residents. The dirt roads and the immediate surroundings of fruit trees, meadows, and the Degermoos Nature Reserve are sure to delight more than just the village children.
The Trautesheim captivates guests not only with its historic location right next to the over 800-year-old St. Nicholas Chapel but also with its slightly elevated and thus exposed setting, which offers a sublime feeling and sweeping views of the countryside. 
You won’t get bored here, as the region has plenty to offer. Cycle to the old town of Wangen or to Lake Constance, 15 km away; hike up the Pfänder; or take a stroll right in the adjacent nature reserve. Look forward to relaxing and eventful days in the Allgäu-Lake Constance region.
