schlechte Ausstattung

Angekündigter TV funktioniert nicht, Geschirrausstattung mangelhaft, nach Anruf mit Beschreibung des Problems wird Abhilfe versprochen allerdings passiert nichts. Erneuter Versuch telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen: wird nicht mehr rangegangen.
