Lovely view home in a fabulous town for hiking and nature

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mittenwald. Rita was very kind and friendly. My daughter speaks decent German, but I speak none, so we also communicated with Rita's daughter Theresa through WhatsApp when we were confused. Both were very kind. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and dishes if you like to cook and everything is in great working order. The view is fantastic. The checkout process is easy and there were many highlights in the town for outdoor adventurers.

Super clean, cozy, roomy top floor of beautiful big wood house, very reasonably priced. Five stars except for two things: notice should be given that the house is at the top of a long very steep path, or miles-long roundabout road with a car. Mittenwald had only two taxis and must be pre- booked. 2) No soap for dishes or bath, no shampoo etc, nothing in kitchen except utensils, dishes& pots.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der großzügigen und gemütlichen Fewo. Das Apartment bietet alles, was man braucht und war absolut sauber.Viele Wanderwege, die Karwendelbahn und das Örtchen Mittenwald quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Prasse war super angenehm und freundlich - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Unser Highlight: In der Sonne auf dem Balkon sitzen und die Berge bestaunen.

Appartement was groot. Wel stoffig. Mooie badkamer. Slechts 2 badhandoeken en 2 handdoeken voor bij de wastafel en 1 !!! Theedoek. Kosten 40 euro. Voor extra, bijbetalen! Weinig ruimte in de keuken om je boodschappen op te bergen. Slaapkamer groot. Maar geen vering in het matras dus hard. En kraakte behoorlijk. In de keuken niets om wat schoon te maken. 1 sponsje en klein doekje. En slechts één vaatwastabletje. Koelkast goed! Mevrouw was vriendelijk. Denk dat ze schilderd want dat rook je in de hal.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir haben 10 Tage im schönen Mittenwald in dieser Wohnung verbracht und waren rund herum begeistert. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und in super Lage für Bergwanderungen. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar, dazu muss man allerdings ein paar Höhenmeter überwinden. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Sicht auf die westliche Karwendelspitze und das Wettersteingebirge. Frau Prasse kümmert sich wunderbar um ihre Gäste und hilft gerne aus, wenn mal was fehlt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Unfreundliche und aggressive Vermieterin

Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber. Leider darf der funktionsfähige Kachelofen nicht genutzt werden da laut Vermieterin die Gäste den Ofen nicht bedienen können. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist da die unfreundliche und aggressive Vermieterin uns den unbeschwerten Aufenthalt vermiest hat. Beim Verlassen der Wohnung wurde uns regelmäßig aufgelauert um „Kontrolle“ auszuüben. Trotz Anmeldung und einer Zusatzgebühr von 15.- EURO/Tag für unseren Hund (kleiner Foxterrier) war dieser bei unserer Vermieterin nicht willkommen. Das Verhalten und die Aggressivität der Vermieterin haben wir in dieser Form noch nie erlebt. Wir werden zukünftig einen großen Bogen um Mittenwald machen.

Perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir waren im vorigen Jahr für einen Tag in Mittenwald und fanden es so schön, dass wir uns in diesem Jahr für einen längeren Aufenthalt entschlossen hatten. Die mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Ferienwohnung passte dazu ideal. Der schöne Balkon mit dem Blick auf das Karwendelgebirge, auf dem man die Abendsonne genießen kann, das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit den unterschiedlichen Lichtmöglichkeiten und dem großen Fernseher, das Schlafzimmer mit den herrlichen Betten, die auch für große Menschen gut geeignet sind, das Bad mit den zwei Waschbecken und der großen Dusche, die Küche in der es an nichts fehlt, alles perfekt. Besonders danken möchten wir auch der herzlichen Vermieterin, auch für die freundlichen Gespräche inklusive dem Austausch über Wandererfahrungen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus. Gemütlich und sorgfältig eingerichtet. Sehr vollständig und sauber. Vom Haus aus gelangt man einfach schnell zu Wanderwege, die Karwendelbahn, das Zentrum von Mittenwald und den Bahnhof. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Rita sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich empfangen. Wenn wir wieder nach Mittenwald fahren, werden wir auf jeden Fall in dieses Ferienhaus zurückkehren. Leffert und Marijke, Niederlande.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am Karwendel

Die FEWO ist super gelegen, man ist schnell in Mittenwald und hat die Wanderwege/Karwendelbahn direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, alles topp in Schuss und sauber, alles notwendige ist vorhanden, vom Balkon blickt man auf Mittenwald und den Wetterstein, beim Duschen blickt man auf den Karwendel! Man genießt die Ruhe, Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Kurz es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder! Altmodische aber saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Wirtin ist eine bayrische Frohnatur und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber, allerdings sind Möbel und Deko eher altmodisch. Zur Innenstadt muss man eine Steilstraße auf und ab laufen. Nichts für Fußfaule!

Friendly and Comfortable

This apartment is quite large for two persons and has everything needed to enjoy the a stay. The house is located up the hill from the station, with good views from the balcony. We were here for a week and enjoyed it very much. Met Rita at arrival and she showed us through the apartment. She also had our Karwendel Guest Cards ready for us. Our German is limited but we were able to understand most things. Her daughter Teresa also lives in the building and speaks excellent English so there was no problem communicating. They were both very helpful and Rita even gave us a ride to the train station when we left.

Large comfortable apartment on the edge of town

This was our second stay in this apartment. We love it and the whole Mittenwald area. It is large (2 of us), clean, comfortable and well appointed. The apartment is on the edge of town (say 15 minute walk to the center) with a short but steep hill to manage if you want to walk the shortest route too and from the center....it was enough to encourage us to self cater most evenings... in return, The views from the apartment are stunning. It is near the main road to Innsbruck so it may not suit some but we thought the morning bird song was much louder. We will be staying again

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage in einer TOP Fewo - gemütlich, ruhig, es fehlt an nichts

Die geräumige Ferienwohnung hat in der Küche und in den anderen Zimmern an Ausstattung wirklich alles, was man braucht. Alles blitzeblank sauber. Großer Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Dusche mit Karwendel-Blick! Ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz vor dem Haus war immer vorhanden. UND: Eine super nette Vermieterin!
