Our historic home built in 1888 is right in East Hampton Village. Complete with a heated saltwater gunite pool and air conditioning, it offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, family room with sofa bed and couch, living room with couch, dining room and kitchen.

Easily walk to village shops and gorgeous ocean beaches. Or stay in and BBQ on our patio surrounded by mature landscaping and a charming backyard. Our elegant living room has a Grand Piano and our family room has 2 sets of french doors that open wide to our patio and pool.

THE SPACE

- Our home contains 3 bedrooms on the second level. On the first level, it has a family room that has a sofa bed and couch and a second living room with a couch.

- Our home also includes 2 desks (in two of the bedrooms) with ergonomic authentic Herman Miller chairs and high-speed WiFi if you need to work while you're here.

GUEST ACCESS

- We LOVE our home and neighborhood. We're right in East Hampton Village which is described as "the Hamptons' Most Exclusive Hub, a historic community where the well-heeled come to vacation, shop, dine, and take advantage of some of the best sandy beaches in the U.S."

- Our home is a 10-minute stroll to the village shops and a 15-min walk / 5-min bike ride / 3-min drive to East Hampton Main Beach, which is the closest absolutely gorgeous OCEAN beach!

- Other village ocean beaches - Georgica, Egypt, Two Mile Hollow, and Wiborg - are just a short bike ride or drive away.

- Our home has a long driveway, enough for 4-5 cars. There's also plenty of street parking.
