Urlaub mit großer Familie

Eine tolle Wohnung mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern hier und haben nichts vermisst.

Urlaub mit Hund

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und unserem Hund in der Wohnung Seeräuber. Zwei schöne Badezimmer, zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer, Küche gut eingerichtet, direkter Zugang auf die Terrasse, Ortsrandlage - für unseren Hund perfekt. Danke für einen entspannten Urlaub, gerne wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Mitobjekt und der Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles ist sehr gut organisiert und im Objekt durch Unterlagen oder Hinweisschilder erklärt. Es bleiben kaum Fragen offen. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und reichlich ausgestattet. Insbesondere in der Küche ist die mengenmäßige Ausstattung, etwa mit Besteck oder Geschirr, deutlich über Standardniveau. Die Lage des Objekts ist auch sehr gut, weil recht zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Als etwas negativ haben wir die relative Hellhörigkeit des Objekts empfunden. Man bekommt recht deutlich mit, wenn jemand die Treppe in den ersten Stock nimmt oder sich im ersten Stock bewegt. Unter dem Strich ist ein Aufenthalt klar zu empfehlen.

Alles bestens (außer der Lage)

Die Wohnung ist groß, gemütlich, sauber, super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und auch, was man nur vielleicht braucht. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen und bei Schwierigkeiten. Einziger Haken der Wohnung ist ihre Lage am Rand des Dorfes und damit an einer zeitweise doch recht stark von Autos(!) befahrenen Straße. Da kann man deutlich ruhiger wohnen. Für die, die das nicht stört, kann man die Wohnung aber nur wärmstens empfehlen.
