Excellent apartment in an excellent location. The host had some challenges is providing allergy proof bedding, despite a request several days in advance, and providing the registration form (along with the related regional guest cards), but eventually got both done even if a bit later than preferable.

amazing location and a wonderful apartment

We (3 adults and one toddler) stayed in a 1 bedroom, 1 living room apartment with a queen bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable pull out couch in the living room and we were very pleased with our accomodations. When we arrived we were met by Divya who gave us the keys and showed us around. The internet wasn't working the first day but Divya came by the following day and organized everything to get it working again. The apartment was very well equiped and within walking distance to a grocery store, public transit (bus, ferry) and all the attractions in Meersburg. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The apartment is really nice but communication with the host was absolutely terrible,,,,said they would meet us but never did,,,we are texting constantly to find out where to get in and how,,,,,they finally text us back with code and apartment number…said key was by dust bins,,,,we could not find them until a tenant came and showed us where,,,then we text and asked what floor the apartment was on because all the apartments where numbered randomly,,no reply,,,,so we had to keep getting off on each floor with all our luggage to try and find out where it was,,,we asked if they could just call us on what’s app but they replied they couldn’t because they were at work,,,,crazy,,,,then next morning we text that we could not find the washing machine,,,,asked twice if they could tell us where it was,,,no reply at all,,,,next day another tenant showed us where it was,,,,deep in the cellar behind a couple of doors,,,just for your information,,,it is coin operated washer,,,no dryer , which we knew, but no rack for drying clothes in the apartment,,,,,to sum up,,,,apartment itself is really nice, just issues with the host,,,

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir besuchten Meersburg mit unserem kleinen Sohn (knapp 1 Jahr), daher war es uns wegen des Kinderwagens wichtig, etwas mehr Platz und einen Aufzug zur Verfügung zu haben. Die Wohnung bot genügend Platz für uns drei, auch die Lage war großartig: Man blickt aus allen Fenstern direkt aufs Meersburger Schloss! Rundherum fanden wir gute Restaurants.Trotz der zentralen Lage hat man nachts genug Ruhe. Für den Aufzug mussten wir immer den Flur zwischen der Bar und der Küche des Restaurants durchqueren. Um dorthin zu gelangen, mussten wir den Kinderwagen drei Stufen hochtragen und die Haustür und die Tür zum Restaurant offenhalten. Der Check-in verzögerte sich um eine halbe Stunde, da die Wohnung zur vereinbarten Zeit noch nicht fertig war. Die Einlegeböden des Kleiderschranks waren nur zum Teil abgestaubt, ebenso befand sich noch Staub und eine Socke eines Vormieters unterm Sofa (normalerweise schauen wir nicht an dieser Stelle, aber das Spielzeug unseres Sohnes war darunter gerollt). Bad und Küche waren hingegen sehr sauber. Abgesehen davon bot die Wohnung an Geschirr und Utensilien alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Im Ordner mit den Anweisungen zum Check-out befanden sich alle wichtigen Nummern und Vorschläge, was man unternehmen kann. Der Parkplatz ist über einen kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen, zum Ausladen gibt es Kurzzeitparkplätze in der Nähe der Wohnung.

Mittendrin und doch ruhig

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist doch ruhig, sowohl innerhalb des Hauses als auch im Außenbereich. Von der Gastronomie unten im Haus dringen keine Geräusche nach oben. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder mieten.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren im August zu zweit in dieser schönen Wohnung. Alle Fragen zur Schlüsselübergabe, Parkplatz usw wurden im Vorfeld per Email geklärt. Die Unterkunft selbst, ist sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel ausgestattet. Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck sind hochwertig und ausreichend vorhanden. Bei den Matratzen, meinen wir, ist die rechte etwas fester. Sind aber beide top. Wir haben sehr gut darauf geschlafen. Die Lage in der Oberstadt direkt am Schlossplatz hat uns sehr gefallen. Einen Balkon haben wir nicht vermisst. Restaurants, Bäckereien usw sind genug vorhanden. Schnell ist man unten am See wo eine schöne Promenade, Geschäfte, Gastronomie und die Ausflugsdampfer zu finden sind. Ganz schlecht zu Fuß sollte man allerdings nicht sein, weil der Rückweg bergauf nicht ganz ohne ist. Der Sommertal Parkplatz ist etwas außerhalb aber nach einem kurzen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen. Allerdings ist es schade, dass es keine fest reservierten Plätze für die Ferienwohnungen gibt. So kann es in der Ferienzeit schon vorkommen dass alle Plätze besetzt sind und man 15 bis 20 Minuten rumfährt um einen freien Platz zu finden. Das ist uns 2 mal passiert. Wenn man spät zurück kommt ist natürlich genug frei. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub, am herrlichen Bodensee, im schönen Meersburg in einer tollen Wohnung.

Schöne Wohnung , geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr zentral

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Die Wohnungsübergabe war wahrscheinlich aufgrund der akutellen Gesundheitslage / Corona nicht optimal, es fand lediglich am Eingang unten eine Schlüsselübergabe mit Bekanntgabe der Wohnungsnummer statt. Die Gästekarte wurde erst auf Nachfrage (schriftlich, da telefonisch niemand zu erreichen war) am 3. Urlaubstag unter der Wohnungstür durchgeschoben. Ansonsten hatte die Wohnung alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufnenthalt notwendig ist. Beim der Abreise war gewünscht, dass die Betten abgezogen werden. Leider musste ich dabei feststellen, dass zwischen dem Bettlaken und der schon etwas verschmutzten Matratze keine waschbare Moltonauflage oder ähnliches war. Ansonsten haben wir jedoch nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr durchwachsen...

Nach einer längeren Reise wollten wir -2 Erw+1K (7J)- zum Abschluss ein paar schöne Tage am Bodensee verbringen. Diese FeWo sprach uns schnell an. Nicht ganz günstig, aber mitten in Meersburg, war sie schnell gebucht. Der Kontakt mit der Dame, die sich um die FeWo kümmert, war sehr schnell und freundlich. Kaum war die FeWo gebucht, wurde uns schon ein Teil der Parkgebühren erstattet, weil wir nur wenige Tage bleiben wollten. Top! Die Wohnung hat echt Potenzial. Mitten in der Altstadt (dass das Restaurant im E dauerhaft geschlossen war, kam der Nachtruhe sicher zugute) und ist sehr geräumig. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Ausstattung ebenfalls top. Sogar das WLAN super, was 1. in FeWos u.E.n. nicht selbstverständlich ist und 2. gerade in Coronazeiten mit Onlinetickets sehr hilfreich ist. Einziger Mangel: Das Schlafsofa ist bestenfalls für Kinder, oder wirklich unempfindliche Schläfer geeignet - für alle anderen gleicht es eher einer Mondlandschaft. Soweit zum Positiven. Auf Wunsch der Verantwortlichen, planten wir unsere Anreise für 18:00Uhr. Kurz vor 18:00 erreichte uns eine E-Mail mit der Bitte doch bis 18:15Uhr zu warten. Kein Problem. Um 18:30Uhr öffnete sich dann die Tür, eine Dame blickte ins Leere, bis ich sie ansprach, ob wir denn auf sie warten würden. Ihre Antwort: "Hier sind die Schlüssel. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock. Alle anderen Informationen liegen auf dem Küchentisch. - Oh, Sie sind zu dritt. Dann muss ich nochmal Bettzeug holen." Wir:"???". Was war das denn für eine "Begrüßung" - und das nach einer halben Stunde unfreiwilliger Wartezeit? Natürlich sind wir zu dritt. So hatten wir das gebucht. Aber als wir die Wohnung betraten, trauten wir unseren Augen nicht: 1(!) Bett bezogen, sauber war die Küche und das Waschbecken im Bad. Alles andere war es definitiv nicht. An der ganzen Decke: Spinnweben mit hunderten toten Fliegen. Diverse Achtbeiner hier und da verteilt. Die Jalousien fleckig mit zerdrückten Insekten und 2/3 defekt. Das WC nicht geputzt, der Abfluss der Dusche so verstopft, dass man nach wenigen Minuten pausieren musste, damit die Wanne nicht überläuft. Unübersehbar vor dem Bett: große, rötliche Flecken. von denen wir nicht wissen wollen, was es war. Auf freundlichen Hinweis von uns gleich zu Beginn: "Ich seh' nichts." bzw vom Eigentümer per SMS: "Tut mir Leid, sonst nicht unsere Art." bzw. "Sorry."Bis heute keine Nachfrage, kein Entgegenkommen. Gerade die Kommunikation nach Ankunft: unterirdisch. Schade

Super emplacement et appartement

Le sejour aurait pu etre parfait mais à notre arrivee il faisait 13 degrés dans l'appartement et nous n'avons atteint 20 degres que dans la nuit. Avec un bébé, c'etait quand meme tres ennuyeux.. nous ne sommes rentrés dans l'appartement que le soir à cause de ca. Mais tout le reste etait super.

Wohnung on der Meersburger Oberstadt

Wir haben 6 Nächte in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung verlebt. Sie liegt direkt am belebten Marktplatz in der Oberstadt , in der es abends ohne die vielen Touristen wunderbar ruhig wird. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll gestaltet. Kurzfristig kann direkt vor dem Haus geparkt werden, Dauerparkplätze sind fußläufig zu erreichen und sehr günstig.
