Der Gesamteindruck war gut - einrichtungsmäßig. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig...beim Standort wußten wir, dass der EDK-Markt dort ist, damit kann man leben...der Komfort, naja - 1Toilette für 6 Personen ist definitiv zu wenig, es war auch 1 Gästetoilette zusätzlich zum Bad angegeben, was auch recht winzig war. Auch die angegebene Veranda suchten wir vergeblich. Der Geschirrbestand war sehr spartanisch. Als wir um 16Uhr ins Zimmer wollten, war kein Schlüssel da...der Hausmeister kümmerte sich telefonisch um den weiteren Ablauf. Wir bezogen dann etwa bei 19Uhr die Wohnung. Die Verständigung online mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte gut. Wir durften dann zum Auschecken 2Std. länger bleiben.Alles in Allem für 4 Personen ist die Wohnung ok und Hiddensee entschädigt für so Vieles...

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber...

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Aber sie liegt genau über dem EDEKA-Markt und am Montag um 7:36 Uhr wurden wir sehr laut von den Geräuschen aus dem Markt geweckt. Für Frühaufsteher ist das natürlich ök und am Abreisetag brauchten wir keinen Wecker stellen (man muss leider schon um 10:00 auschecken). Aber wir schlafen gerne wenigstens im Urlaub mal etwas länger... Das einchecken hat leider auch nicht ohne Probleme geklappt. Wir hatten keine Appartment-Nr. bekommen und haben dann versucht, bei der angegebenen Telefonnr. jemanden zu erreichen. Das hat leider nicht geklappt. Später haben wir die Agentur angerufen und uns wurde gesagt, dass es mit der Tel-Nr. häufiger Probleme gibt und man soll eine Nachricht schreiben. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir das gleich gewußt hätten.

Aufenthalt vom 03.09.-07.09.23

Unser Aufenthalt in Ihrem Objekt war sehr gut, nur ein Problem gab es bei den Schlafzimmern. Ich habe die Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Als wir ankamen war nur in einem Schlafzimmer das Bett bezogen. Schade! wenn wir nur ein Schlafzimmer gebraucht hätten, hätten wir eine kleinere Ferienwohnung gebucht. Wir mussten uns dann irgendwie selbst helfen.
