We were able to find and access the property with great ease and were delighted to find it pristine and ready for our holiday. The kitchen was immaculate and very well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of glassware and crockery, a lovely oven, a big fridge and a dishwasher. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and an extra bed was provided for a late addition to our party. A large balcony with a table and chairs made for excellent outdoor space in addition to the large garden. Although there are several other apartments in the property, we were not disturbed by other residents and rarely heard or saw them. Beautiful views from the balcony and in a great central location meaning we could walk to all bars and shops. The WiFi was fairly reliable and the tv had access to all streaming services.Super bus services to Bolzano was available and a good location for many great hikes in the Dolomites.

Bella vacanza estiva in famiglia

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento molto funzionale e la posizione è comoda e centrale per raggiungere i diversi sentieri del val Sarentino. Il grande giardino è molto piacevole.

Nice and clean apartment, however a bit pricey for what it offers

The apartment was spotless, nicely furnished and conveniently located. However, the owner wanted to charge quite an amount extra for bedsheets and towels (we brought our own to avoid it). I do not find this fair, especially since the apartment was not really cheap and I do not think I was warned before I made the reservation.

Prima Urlaubsdomizil

Die Villa Lageder ist ein schönes, gepflegtes Haus. Es liegt ruhig aber zentral in Sarnthein. Von dort kann man zahlreiche Wanderungen unternehmen. Auch nach Bozen ist es nah. Gern hätten wir die Bozen-Card genutzt.

Wunderschön gelegene historische Villa mit tollem Garten

Insgesamt 1 Woche Aufenthalt im Juli, 2 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern und Hund. Wohnung Tannenblick, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber, toller Gartenblick. Zusätzlich gemietet wurde von uns das Zimmer Reinegg 1 Etage höher, damit wir mehr Platz haben. Sehr freundlicher Vermieterkontakt, allgemein sehr reibungsloser Ablauf . Tolle Ausflugsziele in naher Umgebung. Sarnthein ist ein sehr sympathisches kleines Dorf.

Südtirol ist toll

Wetter und Unterkunft waren optimal. Die Villa Lageder liegt nicht zu zentral im Ort. Trotzdem ist alles was man zum Leben braucht bequem erreichbar. Die von uns gemietete Wohnung Tannenblick war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Bergrennen in Nals war für mich als Motorradfahrer der Knüller. Nicht auszuschließen, das wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Jedenfalls haben wir für die Villa zuhause Reklame gemacht. Schöne Grüße aus Hürth Peter

Schöne Wohnung im schönen Sarnthein

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Ich kann sie weiterempfehlen. Sie ist zentral gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß in zwei Minuten im Zentrum von Sarnthein ist. Sarnthein selbst ist der Hauptort im Sarntal, das - höher gelegen - deutlich alpiner ist als die Gegend um Bozen, Meran oder Eppan. Wenn Sarntal, dann auf jeden Fall Sarnthein. Uns hat Sarnthein sehr gut gefallen, für Wanderer hat es auf jeden Fall einiges zu bieten. Kritik? Nun, bei der Anreise war das Haus etwas schwer zu finden.

Die Wohnung ist ganz ok. Toll sind das Bad, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. In einem der Schlafzimmer sind die Möbel recht alt, das andere Schlafzimmer hat ein Stockbett. Das steht allerdings nicht in der Beschreibung. Die Aufenthaltsqualität wäre durchaus angenehmer, wenn man nicht permanent auf Zetteln mit Verboten der Vermieterin (mit zahlreichen Ausrufezeichen!!!!!!!!!!!!) konfrontiert würde. Schade, denn die Lage ist toll und die Wohnung gut geschnitten.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Eine super Wohnung mit einer top ausgestatteten Küche. Die Wohnung Tannenblick hat ausreichend Platz für vier Personen und ist sehr gemütlich. Das Marmorbad ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist genial. Die Villa kann auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen werden. Wohlfühlen ist hierbei garantiert. Wir (zwei junge Paare) haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren Ende August eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung Tannenblick der Villa Lageder in Sarnthein. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wunderschön gestaltet. Alles tiptop sauber. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Genügend Stauraum in Küche und Schlafzimmern. Parken war direkt am Haus möglich. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und reibungsloser Ablauf.

Wanderurlaub im Sarntal

Wir bewohnten die größte Wohnung „Kranzelstein“ direkt unterm Dach. Wunderbar großer, sehr heller Wohn-; Koch- und Essbereich mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Täglich genutzt haben wir die Nesspresso Maschine – drei Sorten Kaffee lagen zur Auswahl bereit. Die beiden Schlafräume jeweils sehr groß. Das beste war das Bad – groß, hell, warm, modern mit riesiger, fast Bodengleicher heller Dusche – direkter Zugang zur Dachterrasse – einfach gelungen. Die weiteren Wohnungen konnten wir auch in Augenschein nehmen, jede geschmackvoll, den alten Räumlichkeiten sehr gut angepasste teils antik, teils modern ausgestattet – ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely, quiet, well located apartment in Sarnthein

The historical building is tastefully renovated, with plenty of space in the garden area. The Tannenblick apartment is extremely well set up for all your cooking needs. Rarely have I encountered such a great kitchen in a holiday apartment. The rest of the apartment was just as nice and equipped with comfortable furnishings. The apartment is well situated as it is really only a minute or two walk to the town and very easily accessible by car. It is very peaceful and quiet. The use of the sauna is a plus, though do be aware that it is not included in the price of the stay. The only minus was the lack of a stereo or radio. The owner greeted us with a smile and kind words. Would definitely recommend it to hikers, mountain bikers and people that do not want to be in the popular areas for tourism.

Toller Urlaub mit Grossfamilie

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles so, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Eltern, Opa & Oma sowie 5 Kinder haben in den Wohnungen auf der ersten Etage eine Woche die Bergluft genossen. Alles ist sehr sauber und toll - und vor allem mit Liebe - ausgestattet. Das Zentrum liegt sehr nahe und ist in 2 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Garten ist super schön, gross, sonnig und mit Grill sowie schönen Tannen.
