Vacation apartment (80sqm) with bathroom in each bedroom

A house in a quiet location with one holiday apartment. The town has a small outdoor pool that guests can use for free. Each double room has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Each bedroom also has a TV and a refrigerator. Guest Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchenette. Quietly located single-family home with one holiday apartment in a area of Kollnburg with about 70 residents. The smallest outdoor swimming pool in Bavaria, located in the village, is within walking distance. Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A 50% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A maximum of one pet is allowed for a fee of 10 EUR per pet per night. A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 1.70 EUR per person (ages 17 and older) per night will be charged separately on-site. Food and drinks: Upon request, a stocked refrigerator can be provided upon arrival for a fee. A washing machine is available upon request for a fee. The base price includes bed linens, towels, parking, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning.
