Vacation apartment "Norderhus" (WH2) with 70sqm - quiet central location - with balcony

Description<br>The 70-square-meter duplex apartment is fully equipped. It truly has everything you need. The holiday rental features two bedrooms, both of which have been tastefully and lovingly furnished.<br>One of them has twin beds and a TV.<br>A second TV is located in the spacious living room with an open kitchen. Here, you’ll also find a high-quality sleeper sofa with a box-spring mattress, which offers a very comfortable sleeping option for two additional guests.<br>The adjoining balcony has seating for 4–6 people.<br>The building in which the holiday rental is located was completed in July 2022 and is therefore state-of-the-art.<br>If needed, we’d be happy to provide a baby cot.<br><br>Special features<br>Thanks to its central location, it’s also very convenient to travel here by train.<br>From here, you can also take day trips to Sylt, Amrum, Föhr, Tondern, and Flensburg. The seal colonies can be reached directly from the Eiderkaje. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung, der Lage uns der Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Alles wunderbar. Sauber, neues Haus, erst zwei Jahre alt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Nur das Internet läuft nicht ganz so flüssig.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist noch sehr neu, sehr komfortabel, dad Bad ist fast luxuriös, die Betten sehr bequem. Die Geschirrausstattung könnte etwas üppiger sein. Wir waren nur zu zweit, für 4 Personen würde es teilweise knapp werden. Bei der Raumaufteilung ist es etwas ungünstig, das man durch ein Schlafzimmer durchgehen muss, um in das zweite zu kommen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und 5 Minuten vom Marktplatz mit Apotheke Sparkasse, Bäcker und Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leider nicht so dicht dabei, ohne Auto ist das schon eine gewisse Herausfotderung. Gegen Ende des Urlaubs haben wir dann die Buslinien herausgefunden, der ÖPNV ist allerdings sehr verbesserungswürdig. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt.
