Located in the well-known recreational and yacht marina “Marina Wendtorf,” the Scandinavian-style semi-detached house “Kleine Sonne” offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea holiday on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this 68 m² holiday home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden, and—as a highlight—a Finnish sauna.<br><br>Utilities, including Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity, as well as a parking space, are included!<br><br>On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with two single beds pushed together (180x200 cm combined) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and Finnish sauna.<br><br>On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers ample seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.<br><br>Outside, seating and sun loungers on the balcony and terrace invite you to relax. A patio umbrella and a charcoal grill round out the amenities. The property also features a free parking space and a lockable bike shed. <br>Whether it’s hot summer days, balmy summer evenings, stormy fall afternoons, or cool winter days, this semi-detached home captivates with its high-quality amenities and natural surroundings in every season.
