Austria’s largest contiguous ski area, Ski Arlberg, is just a 10-minute drive away, and the Sonnenkopf ski area is only 5 minutes away. The winter hiking trail and the cross-country ski trail from Klösterle am Arlberg run right past the house. Each bedroom has a large balcony. Let yourself be inspired by the simple elegance, modern design, and contemporary comfort.

• The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. A cosy sleeper sofa allows this apartment to accommodate more guests.
• The fully equipped, modern kitchen features: a hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, tea towels, and, of course, plenty of dishes, pans, and pots.
• Each double bedroom has a comfortable bathroom equipped with a sink, a shower, and a toilet. Towels, toilet paper, and a hair dryer are provided.
• 32-inch LCD TVs are available in the bedrooms and in the kitchen.
• A bread roll delivery service is offered at our house.
• Parking is available directly in front of the house.

On-site fees: We rent out comfortably furnished apartments, each with separate bedrooms and a shower/toilet. The cosy kitchen-living room is fully equipped. Apart Sportiva offers free Wi-Fi, and free private parking is also available. The apartments are equipped with a flat-screen TV. You’ll have access to a kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. A refrigerator and a coffee maker are also provided. Bed linens and towels are provided. Popular recreational activities in the area include skiing, biking, and hiking.
