The approximately 30 m2 large 1-room apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building. The terrace takes you to the living-kitchen and sleeping area. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a microwave with grill function and a small hob. The sofa bed has a size of 1.80 x 2.00 meters. The modern shower room offers enough space for your utensils. It is approx. 700 m to the main shopping street and approx. 1 km to the family lagoon.
