A relaxing beach vacation in Eastham is waiting for you at this comfortable 4-bedroom house. Inside, guests find a beautiful mix of cozy and spacious sleeping options, including a king bed, queen bed, and two upstairs bedrooms with two twin beds in each. With 1.5 bathrooms inside and an outdoor shower, mornings and evenings flow smoothly for everyone. The full bath on the first floor does have a bathtub ( for the littles). The Visitors center with bike path directly to Coast Guard beach is a short bike ride away or about 1 min by car. Coast guard beach is about a mile away, The Cape house stays comfortable year-round thanks to central air conditioning and fast wi-fi. This is a weekly rental with a few weeks offering shorter stays as an option. Please bring your own linens and towels. Whether you’re relaxing indoors with a good book, enjoying the firepit and grill with outdoor dining area, or planning your next adventure, this delightful home offers a welcoming retreat. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the home Broom clean for the next guest family to arrive just as you would like it to be upon your arrival.
When exiting, Please lock all windows and doors. Make sure that door to the kitchen uses the BOLT LOCK ONLY so the next renters can get in.
Please bag all trash and put it in the grey outdoor trash bin before locking up. Seaside Disposal will pick it up
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The neighbors are friendly and the road is quiet. Its family friendly, private, paved and flat for walks and bike rides. Its very safe and the street is a cul de sac with very few cars.

What makes this property unique

Get to the sunrise or sunset in under 5 minutes! Our property is close to everything you need, yet it still feels very private. Its got a great yard and it feels spacious inside and out. The air conditioning makes it comfortable even on the hottest days and the beach is only a few minutes drive away.
