Had a great long weekend at The Gerrard - Communication with the host was a breeze, check in was easy, & the living space was clean. We had a great time in the area & had no issues getting downtown either. Would stay again!

The place is cozy and quiet. The neighborhood is really charming with many different food choices and it is close to transit. The host was very attentive and when we had issues with our car he was able to help direct us to the appropriate place. Definitely a place I would recommend!

Hands down, this was the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in many many VRBOs, this one was the best one. Ultra clean, beautiful apartment, that was newly renovated, and our host was excellent as well. Very responsive and helpful, he even brought over more coffee when we ran out. Superb neighborhood, everything you could possibly want was right outside the building. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and quaint little shops with books and dim sum. We absolutely loved it.

Fantastic experience, most definitely exceeded my expectations. Very clean, very spacious, with a luxurious feel to it. Communication with Ryan was great, he was always able to get back to me when ever I had questions. 10/10 definitely recommend and would come back!
