Lage der Wohnung ist trotz im Souterrain liegend top. Der Ort lässt keine Wünsche offen sowohl für Familien mit Kindern oder Hundebesitzern insbesondere in der Nachsaison. Für die Wohnung wäre ein richtiges Doppelbett (160x 200cm) statt des quietschenden Schlafsofas (Monstergroß) wünschenswert, da man tagsüber eh die Bettfunktion stehen lässt und es den Raum massiv einnimmt. Das Foto mit der Sofadarstellung lässt zunächst die Vermutung zu, dass es sich um zwei Zimmer handelt, wenn man nicht genauer nachliest. Ferner hat es sich der Vermieter organisatorisch leicht gemacht, in dem man den Kunden das Sofa zum Bett selbst aufstellen und das Bettzeug beziehen lässt. Für den Preis hätte man etwas mehr Service erwarten können, zumal auch die kleine, hübsche „Terrasse“ man hätte vom Laub befreien und die Gartenmöbel säubern sollen.
