Charming apartment - city center & close to the beach - renovation & new kitchen from 03/25

Nice apartment with 38 m² living space in the residential complex "Residenz am Park" in the 1st. Floor. For up to 2 persons (+ 1 toddler up to 5 years) and small dog. The apartment is centrally located in the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen; only 200 meters from the beach. The apartment is located in the center of Boltenhagen in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

In the cozy combined living and sleeping area is the double bed (lying area 180 cm x 200 cm) with new pocket spring mattresses. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa and a new flat screen TV for watching TV. You can surf the internet via the free Wi-Fi access.

From the living area you have direct access to the south-west-facing balcony. An umbrella protects from the sun and the windows have exterior shutters. The bathroom has a shower.

The renovation will be completed in the next few days, the photos show once the new facility. It has been painted and a modern allergy suitable vinyl flooring laid. The furniture and small kitchen appliances were completely renewed and the apartment maritime, modern decorated in bright colors.

The car will find space in the underground garage, which is located directly under the house. (The entrance to the underground car park is 2.00 m).

The cafes, restaurants and charming little shops in the traffic-free promenade are within walking distance. In eastern direction with view to the park is the Kurhaus. Past the Kurhaus and across the Ostseeallee, you will reach the central pier and the popular beach sections.

Hauck travel cot (up to 5 years), an extra cot mattress, sheets and high chair are bookable for an additional charge (10 € per stay and payment on the spot).

Für 2 Personen mit Hund ideal. Ruhige Umgebung. Alles in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Für Hundebesitzer besonders wichtig, kleine Gassirunde mit Feld und Freilauf 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Hundestrand beim Lokal Deichläufer nur 8 Minuten entfernt.Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Die Küche ist komplett. Die Couch bequem. Ein kleiner Esstisch ist drin. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein kleiner Balkon ist auch vorhanden. Fernseher, Wlan und Radio natürlich auch. Esonders imponiert hat und die freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und übergabe der Wohnung. Da blieben keine Fragen offen, incl. erster Ausflugtips. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz und ein abschließbarer Fahrradraum gehören zur Wohnug. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Sock. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und die Betreuung von FeWo-direkt vor der Anreise war hervorragend. Top Empfelung von uns.

Jederzeit wieder :-)

Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und trotzdem nah gelegen zum Strand, den Einkaufsstätten und Restaurants/Aktivitäten. Der Strand von Boltenhagen bietet für jeden etwas. Mit Hund, FKK, Aktivität, Ruhe und Entspannung - jeder wie er möchte. Es ist alles da an Restaurants, dass man genügend Auswahl hat. Ebenso die Einkaufsläden vor Ort, die auch alles bieten. DIESE WOHNUNG ist immer sauber und aufs NEUESTE eingerichtet. Auch hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. DER SÜDBALKON bietet am späteren Nachmittag Gelegenheit zum Sonnen und ENTSPANNEN. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. IMMER WIEDER GERN :-)

Kurzurlaub in Boltenhagen

Die Wohnung war wirklich schön und ausreichend für 2 Personen mit einem kleinen Hund. Sie liegt sehr zentral, wir waren in 7 min am Wasser. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Kleine gemütliche FeWo in Boltenhagen

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Nr. 11 war super. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind Supermarkt , Restaurants und die Dünenpromenade und das Meer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Empfang vor Ort war sehr nett und trotz unserer großen Verspätung (8h Fahrtzeit aus dem mittleren Ruhrgebiet) geduldig mit uns. Die Unterkunft war prinzipiell wie beschrieben, jedoch war uns nicht klar, dass der Balkon die einzige Luftzufuhr ist und dementsprechend haben wir nachts nicht so gut geschlafen. Zudem war die Raumluft an sich nicht gut durch Gerüche aus der Küche. Das Bad (Dusche im speziellen) ist sehr eng.

Unsere Woche in Boltenhagen

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und haben uns gut aufgenommen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und uns wohl gefühlt. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist eine Herausforderung für größere Autos.

Mitten drin und trotzdem ruhig

Wenn man alles fußläufig erreichen möchte, aber doch seine Ruhe haben will, ist dieses Objekt sehr zu empfehlen. Der Strand und alle Geschäfte des täglichen Gebrauchs sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Begüßung und Einweisung. Wir fühlten uns mit unserer Katze sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank an Familie Harms. -:) Das Appartement ist modern und doch gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist bis zum kleinsten Detail an alles gedacht, was man braucht, siehe Onlinebeschreibung. Das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt und so war es für uns perfekt.
