Our tastefully furnished apartment is located in our semi-detached house in. 1 OG and is reached by a private entrance / door. The house is located close to the center and offers with its good location short ways to the center with cafes and restaurants, to the shops and to the beach.

At about 45 square meters a comfortable and quiet apartment has arisen, can stay in up to 2 people (+1 child). In the cozy combined living and sleeping area is the box spring bed (lying area 180 cm x 200 cm). As additional sleeping space here is the double sofa bed (mattress 150 cm x 200 cm). The beds are made before your arrival.

In the living area, the modern flat-screen TV with DVD player, SKY package and the stereo (radio with iPhone connection) many entertainment options. A small reading corner with a selection of books (also books about Boltenhagen) invites you to a nice reading afternoon. You can surf the Internet via the free wireless access.

In the living area there is a narrow large closet and 3 small dressers with storage space for the holiday wardrobe. Separate clothes hooks are also available. Down in the hall you will find a coat rack for jackets and the shoes can also be parked here.

From the living area you have direct access to the south-west balcony. Here you will find modern balcony furniture.

The country kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, 4-burner stove, oven, fridge freezer). Everything is there (toaster, kettle, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, glasses etc.) to serve a delightful breakfast, lunch or dinner in the cozy dining area. Here are 2 comfortable upholstered chairs.

The spacious bathroom features with modern glass shower in the morning a lot of room for a good mood to start the day. Towels, bath mat and hairdryer are provided free of charge.

The apartment includes a free parking space for your car and 2 bicycles (no guarantee).

Bolton is located about 20 kilometers west of Wismar and 30 kilometers east of Lübeck, just off the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. The convenient motorway access via the A20 to reach Bolton from Hamburg already in 1 ½ hours. For third oldest Ostseebad Germany the Boltenhagen already in 1803 was when the Count von Bothmer, who lived in Klütz in Bothmer Castle, had erected a bathing machine at Redewisch. Since then, every year many tourists come to enjoy and escape from everyday life with walks on the beach in the popular spa resort to the mild climate of the Baltic Sea. The tradition-conscious resort lies with its 4 km long sand - and natural beach on one of the most beautiful parts of Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. In addition to the natural local conditions, a colorful program with us takes place in the annual high season. Whether the diverse entertainment in the park, the many shops or at the culinary delights of many restaurants - here you can have a good time on vacation. It's all well within walking distance, so you can leave the car sometimes.
