The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. To ensure a clean and safe environment, we follow a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection protocol after each check-out.



House Rules:



★ No Smoking & No Parties: Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violations of these policies will incur a fine of $1,000 per occurrence.



★ Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this period.



★ Pet Policy: We welcome pets with certain conditions. A pet fee of $69 per night per pet applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted.



★ Amenities: We provide a basic starter kit including hand soap, toilet paper, and towels. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. Amenities remain available unless temporarily closed for maintenance.



★ Security: For your safety, a security camera is installed outside the apartment door near the lockpad. Please be assured that no footage is recorded inside the unit.



★ Additional Guests: If you plan to bring extra guests or have any unauthorized visitors staying overnight, a fee of $50 per night per additional guest will be applied.



★ Late Checkout: Late checkouts are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a fee of $60 per hour.
