✦Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee, green tea, Earl Grey Tea, sugar, Splenda, and seasonings for our guests to enjoy. The duplex comes equipped with beautiful stainless-steel appliances such as a fridge, dishwasher, oven and gas stove, and microwave along with glasses, mugs, cutlery, dishes, plates, and more.
✦Early check-in and late Check-out: We are firm on our check-in and check-out times as it takes time to thoroughly clean and get our property prepared for the next guests. We allow for 2-hour flexibility, if you require this service, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to arrival or departure as this is not always possible. There will be a small charge with prior approval to accommodate the time.
✦Self check-in: check yourself in easily and never worry about losing a key with our keyless lock on the front door of the private entrance. The code will be provided to you prior to your arrival.
✦Additional parking at the back of the house: enough space for 2 vehicles or a small to midsize RV
