Ein sehr schönes, neu renoviertes Appartement mit Balkon Richtung Osten. Sehr gut gedämmte Wände, man hört die Nachbarn kaum. Es ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Zu Fuß sind Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants schnell erreichbar! Der Nordstrand liegt um die Ecke! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Schön wäre noch eine Waschgelegenheit im Haus!

Es war der beste Aufenthalt in einer Fewo, den wir je erleben durften! Sogar die Sonne lud fast täglich zum Frühstück auf dem kleinen Balkon ein... .Optimal in Lage, Einrichtung und Service. Aus früheren schlechten Erfahrungen - vor allem die Küchenausstattung betreffend - hatten wir die sonst oft fehlenden Utensilien mitgebracht, mussten aber nie darauf zurückzugreifen! Es gab nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln. Gute Betten, tolles Bad/WC und wer einen 2.TV brauchen sollte, findet ihn im Schlafzimmer. Eine defekte Fernbedienung wurde umgehend ausgetauscht.Die Fewo war eine von dreien im gleichen Objekt, das im Vorderhaus auch dauervermietet ist.Es liegt fast am östlichsten Punkt der städtischen Siedlung und damit unweit vom Nordstrand und zur Weißen Düne oder zur Oase/FKK 20 bzw. 30min mit dem Fahrrad. Zum lebhaften Stadtzentrum ist genügend Abstand und Nähe zugleich.Ruhige Lage Bäcker, Edeka und Restaurant nur 1-2min entfernt.Wir kommen gerne wieder und danken der freundlichen Gastgeberin auch auf diesem Wege gerne noch einmal!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und dennoch nah zum Nordstrand. Sie ist offenbar neu und sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
