The Abendruh Holiday Rental is your perfect retreat, whether you’re travelling as a couple or alone, for a relaxing or exciting—and physically challenging—mountain holiday. In the summer, you can set out on hikes or bike rides right from the house; in the winter, the cross-country ski trails are just a stone’s throw away, and the ski resorts of Mittenwald, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, or Seefeld/Tyrol are all within a good half-hour drive.
The first-floor apartment has its own entrance via a private outdoor staircase. You enter directly into the kitchen, which features a kitchenette and a stove with four burners. The guest bathroom is located right next to it. A door leads to the spacious dining and living area, which opens up to the loft above. The cosy bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet is located on the loft and is accessible via the loft. The large balcony, furnished with comfortable seating, lets you enjoy the sun starting at noon while taking in the view of the surrounding greenery. You’ll have access to a parking space in the carport. The apartment can be booked together with the “Hirschwiesn” holiday home, creating a spacious holiday retreat for a total of 8 people.

The “Hirschwiesn” holiday home and the “Abendruh” holiday apartment are located in the Bärnbichl district, about 1 kilometre from the town centre in a quiet but not isolated setting. In winter, the Barmsee lift and cross-country ski trails are just a few hundred metres from the house, and in summer, you can quickly cycle or hike to the popular swimming lakes (Grubsee, Barmsee).
