Welcome to our modern holiday rental, “Vier Findlinge,” which, with its unique vintage furniture, will become your cosy retreat during your holiday.

Our comfortably furnished 75 m² holiday rental is centrally located. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The train station and the Bode Valley are within easy walking distance. A small shopping centre with Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann, Deichmann, and Takko Fashion is located right nearby (a 3-minute walk). The bright holiday apartment is a non-smoking unit and includes bed linens, towels (initial supply), and free Wi-Fi. Final cleaning is included in the total price.

The Accommodation
The living room has been furnished with great attention to detail and offers sleeping accommodation for 2 people thanks to a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed in just a few simple steps. The living room features a smart TV and a dining table for 6 people.
The two bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed, a wardrobe, a boho-style chest of drawers, and blackout curtains. Additionally, there is another TV available in one of the bedrooms. A high chair is provided.
The bathroom is modern and spacious, featuring a shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. 
The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.
Free parking is available on the side street. 
The total amount is due after booking via bank transfer or PayPal. Bank details will be sent by email. Landlord’s cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival; 80% of the total price will be charged up to 1 day before arrival.In case of a no-show, the total amount will be retained. (The landlord’s cancellation policy supersedes the guest accommodation contract of Bodetal-Tourismus GmbH.) Guest fee/visitor tax not included:



On-site costs: The total amount is due after booking via bank transfer or PayPal. Bank details will be sent via email. Landlord’s cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival; after that, the total price will be charged. In case of a no-show or early departure, the full amount will be retained.
