The spa gardens and city centre are within walking distance, and the Solymar thermal baths are also easily accessible on foot—it takes about 10 minutes. The wildlife park, known throughout Germany, is about a 10-minute drive away.

The apartment is spacious and offers plenty of room for the whole family, a getaway with friends, or even business trips with colleagues. Evenings on the fantastic rooftop terrace are sure to be unforgettable.

The apartment consists of four bedrooms, a large bathroom, and a separate guest bathroom. All four bedrooms are each equipped with double beds. The large bedroom (No. 1) also features a large sleeper sofa. Bedroom No. 2 also has a bunk bed.
The fourth bedroom is equipped as standard with a single bed consisting of two mattresses stacked on top of each other. This bed can be pulled out to become a double bed. In addition to the beds in the bedrooms, we have two extra beds. The rooms can accommodate up to 12 people, with two additional sleeping spots as described above. Overall, the apartment is large enough and well-equipped to ensure a wonderful stay for up to 14 people.

Upon request, we’re happy to provide a travel cot or high chair for the little ones.

At the heart of the light-filled apartment is the large living and dining area with a very spacious dining table (3.4 m long / 95 cm wide, seating up to 14 people), where everyone can relax together to start the day or enjoy a wonderful meal. When the weather is nice, the best way to wind down in the evening is on the rooftop terrace in the lounge or comfortably in the living room ;-)
The kitchen is equipped with basic supplies for up to 14 people, including a kettle, toaster, and a Senseo pod coffee machine.

- The washing machine is available for a small fee
- Bicycles can be parked in the garage
- Since Bad Mergentheim has a visitor’s tax, a fee of 2.95 euros per guest (18 years and older) per night
is charged. The visitor’s tax must be paid in cash on site and is not included in the rental price
