Moin, ich bewerte die Wohnung nur direkt bei ihnen. Alles in einem eine schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in toller, ruhiger Lage. Das Badezimmer ist aus meiner Sicht nicht gut durchgeplant. Selbst als schlanker Mensch empfand ich es als recht kompliziert in der kleinen Dusche und auf dem WC. Die Dusche hätte auch locker quadratisch, anstelle abgerundet ausgeführt sein können und für mehr Bewegungsfreiheit gesorgt. Das WC ist direkt und parallel an der Wand verbaut. Man sitzt immer schief darauf- auch wegen des Papierspenders auf Beinhöhe an der Wand. Bei der Ankunft waren die Parkplatznummern nicht erkennbar gewesen. Hier wären neue Schilder bzw. das Nachmalen der Zahlen wünschenswert. Die Nummern der Parkplätze sind leider nicht fortlaufend, sondern durcheinander. Den Aushang im Treppenhaus sieht man leider erst zu spät. Es fehlt eine Bedienungsanleitung für die Benutzung der beiden, elektrischen Heizkörper im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt je einen Thermostaten für die beiden Wandheizungen, welche sich recht versteckt an unterschiedlichen Stellen in 30cm Höhe befinden. Einer der Thermostate wird durch die Gardine verdeckt. Beim Abschalten der Heizung im Betrieb entsteht ein grosser Abreissfunke im jeweiligen Thermostaten! Es wird die Verwendung eines Personenschutzschalters für die Steckdosen im Badezimmer empfohlen (FI/ RCD) (eigentlich Pflicht, da die Elektroinstallation teilweise modernisiert wurde) (nur so als Tipp von einer Elektrofachkraft) Der Urlaub in der Wohnung der "Ferlings" hat mir trotzdem gut gefallen.

Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden und haben deshalb schon für nächstes Jahr reserviert. Bitte Weißweingläser bereitstellen. Die waren nicht vorhanden. Danke. Wäscheständer auf Balkon wäre schön. Es gibt in der Anlage zu wenig Fahrradständer.

Schöne, saubere und nett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Leider ist aus Platzgründen die Dusche sehr klein und eng. (Hatten Pech mit 2 Kettenrauchern in der Nachbarwohnung, die ein Lüften fast unmöglich machten sowie einer Person über uns, die mit ihren Klicker-Klacker-Schuhen bis nach Mitternacht hin- und herlief und durch die Decke zu kommen drohte. Muß man in einem solchen Haus leider mit rechnen.)

Ein herzliches Danke für Ihren zuvorkommenden Service! Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Wohnung: Die Dusche ist arg eng - vielleicht sollte man auf die Ablage verzichten. Dann ließe sich das Wasser auf den Flächen auch besser abziehen. Die Leuchtstoffröhre unter den Küchen-Oberschränken hat manchmal nachts in ausgeschalteten Zustand geflackert. Ansonsten befindet sich die Wohnung in einem wunderbar ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus, das war toll!
