Modern single-family home in a fantastic location in the Rose Garden with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which has direct access to the pool area.
Large open living area with integrated kitchen and dining area. 2 king-size bedrooms, 1 queen-size bedroom
High-speed internet, WiFi.
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dishwashing liquid and some dishwashing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
