The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please leave beds as they are — our cleaning team handles all laundry.
Take all trash to the compactor at the community entrance before departing.
Lock up by pressing the QuickSet button on the outside of the front door keypad as you leave. Ensure all windows and the garage door are also closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, unregistered guests, or smoking/vaping. Quiet hours 10PM–8AM. HOA community — respect neighbors.
All trash must go to the compactor at community entrance. Load dishwasher before checkout.
Use black makeup towels provided for makeup/skincare. White towels/linens must stay stain-free.
