What a beautiful property the Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and very enjoyable after a day in the heat at Razorback game.

We had a great time. The house looked occupied; the kitchen was not very clean, and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I am not very picky, and I understand it happens. The location was great; we were visiting my daughter during a family weekend at the University of Arkansas.

Perfect escape near Fayetteville/West Fork!We stayed here September 18-20 and it was exactly what we needed. The house managed to feel like a true escape from traffic and crowds while still being close enough to get anywhere we wanted easily, a great balance of seclusion and convenience.The furniture was genuinely comfortable throughout, which made a big difference after a day out. The property itself has tons of space to spread out, plus a pool, hot tub, and fire pit that made evenings really special. And the view was beautiful, we spent a lot of time just enjoying it.Overall a really comfortable, well-equipped home in a great location. We'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near Fayetteville.

Beautiful property, beautiful home!!! We loved having access to the grill, hot tub, and pool. We appreciated the extra touches, such as having charging stations on the bedsides, sample size toiletries, tvs in the bedrooms/bathrooms, and the gorgeous furniture. It truly felt like home away from home. The driveway is a bit steep and parking can be tricky with multiple vehicles, but overall manageable. We absolutely loved our stay and will be going back!!
