The Sabine Apartment Building is a holiday rental located directly on the Ahlbeck promenade towards Swinemünde and features 10 holiday apartments. It offers direct access to the promenade and is set on a private lot with parking spaces on the property. All apartments have a lake view and a south-facing balcony, feature hardwood floors, and are recommended for people with allergies.
In the basement (down the stairs), there is a locked bicycle storage room.



House Sabine Kati:

The staircase leads you to the ground floor, where you’ll find the entrance to the Kati holiday apartment. It is tastefully furnished with real wood furniture and hardwood floors and features a maritime-themed decor. The Kati holiday apartment is a two-room unit, with the living area separated from the bedroom by a sliding door that can also be left open. This gives the apartment an open layout. The living area features a dining table, a couch, and the kitchen area. In the bedroom, guests will find a cosy upholstered bed at a comfortable height and a loft bed for a child. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine that guests are free to use. The favourite spot in this apartment is—and always will be—the covered balcony facing the lake. From here, guests can enjoy views of the sea and watch the hustle and bustle on the promenade at any time. Parking space at the house and Wi-Fi included
