About this property

Exclusive vacation under thatch with many amenities

You can find out more about our holiday homes (e.g., special offers) at www.sunnyside-rosenhagen.de.
Das This thatched-roof house, built in 2013, has been part of my rental agency since 2023. This wonderful holiday home has been designed and furnished with a great deal of love and passion. Regular renovations ensure that the quality of this holiday home remains consistently high. Cleanliness and hygiene are also very important to us during these challenging times. Our professional on-site cleaning team meets the highest standards in this regard.
Architectural highlights, such as a circular brick staircase and a curved wall in the bedroom, give this beautiful thatched-roof house a special charm. The many windows on the ground floor give the house a sense of openness and space. Amenities such as a wood-burning stove, sauna, spacious corner bathtub, 2 showers, a well-stocked bookshelf, and a washing machine and dryer leave nothing to be desired. From the upper floor, you can enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea. And after a short walk, you’ll reach the Baltic Sea in just about 400 m! You’ll love our beach house!!
