This beautiful, sunny upstairs apartment is located in the canal district of Greetsiel, just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and the harbour.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which is located in the spacious attic studio (double bed) and features an additional LCD TV. Below that—on the ground floor—is the living-dining area with a high-end kitchen, an extendable table, and 4 chairs, as well as a leather couch and a flat-screen TV.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a large closet. The modern bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground floor.

In addition, the apartment features a furnished balcony and a large storage room with a washing machine and dryer. The living area and bathroom are equipped with comfortable underfloor heating. A high chair is also available.

The parking space is located directly in front of the building.

The attic bedroom is equipped with pleated blackout blinds.

The apartment has fly screens on all windows except the Velux window.

A parking space is included with the apartment. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the storage shed.

With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
