The light-filled living-dining area offers every comfort, including a seating area, hi-fi system, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a wood-burning stove for cosy warmth on cold days.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped: plenty of dishes, pots, cutlery, a coffee maker, a coffee pod machine, a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, an immersion blender, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. An ironing board and iron are provided.

The underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom also ensures pleasant
warmth underfoot. The windows are equipped with privacy blinds/pleated shades and fly screens.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is a second TV in the children’s room.
The “galley” features a cosy relaxation area. From here, you have a view of the dike. Novels, books, and board games are available.

The natural-light shower room with a toilet is equipped with a washing machine.
A hair dryer is also provided.
The balcony is furnished.

The surrounding dike landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
