Wonderfully quiet location near the Zwillingsmühlen, yet just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour and the town centre.

Every comfort awaits you in the light-filled living-dining area. Comfortable seating area, satellite TV (CI module included), stereo system.

The modern kitchen has everything you need: plenty of dishes, pots, cutlery, a coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, blender, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.

The underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom also ensures pleasant
warmth underfoot.

The balcony is furnished. A patio umbrella is available.

The apartment has three bedrooms: Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (starting in 2026, these will be box-spring beds, each with a full-length topper: 2 m x 1.80 m and 2 m x 1.60 m). Each bedroom has a TV.

The open, converted attic studio features a cosy relaxation area. The space invites you to linger. There is also another TV here. The (sleeper) couch can be used as an additional sleeping option (sleeping area 2 m x 1.40 m).

All TVs are equipped with a CI module for pay TV.

The naturally lit shower room (with a low-entry shower and rain shower) and toilet is equipped with a washer-dryer. A towel warmer and a hair dryer are also provided. An iron and ironing board, as well as a clothes dryer, are also available in the apartment.

The floor on the living area level is tiled. The attic studio features stylish PVC flooring.

Pleated blinds are installed in front of all the windows in the apartment. Insect screens are provided in the living and sleeping areas.

A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

A storage shed (with electrical socket) is available for the bicycles you bring with you.

A parking space is available at the house.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed changeover day.

The "Carpe Diem," "Godewind," and "Kolibri" accommodation is located in the same building, should you need more space.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise disturbances.

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
