Dog-friendly holiday home for 5–6 people in a quiet cul-de-sac in Greetsiel with a great view of the dike.

With 140 square metres of space, this house offers more than enough room for the whole family: After driving up to the house, you can park your car and any bicycles you’ve brought along under the carport and enter the house directly through the laundry room, which has a washing machine. Here, you can also park your bikes to charge them if needed, hang your laundry to dry, or use the ironing board and iron provided.

Adjacent to this is the spacious kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and more.

From the kitchen, you enter the hallway, where you’ll find the guest bathroom, the living area, and the staircase leading to the upper floor.

The light-filled living area features a 65-inch flat-screen TV, a high-quality Denon soundbar, and a large U-shaped sofa. You’ll also find the dining table with six chairs and access to the large, furnished terrace. From both the garden and the living area, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the countryside, stretching across the fields all the way to the dike!

On the upper floor, you’ll find all three spacious bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and storage space.

Also on the upper floor is the spacious and bright bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

The entire ground floor is tiled; on the upper floor, with the exception of the bathroom, laminate flooring has been installed. All windows throughout the house are equipped with roller shutters; most of the windows and all patio doors are also fitted with fly screens.

Dogs are expressly permitted in this house; smoking is not allowed inside. The garden is not fenced and borders a deep ditch.

This property is available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-in day.

The house is located on a cul-de-sac in Neu-Hauen, in a quiet area yet within walking distance of the centre of Greetsiel.
