Check-In:
Access is fully digital through the ButterflyMX system. A virtual key will be sent once all guests are registered.

Please Note:
• Provide full name, email, and phone number for every guest at least 24 hours before arrival.
• At this time, the Spa and Sauna are not available. Please note that the building is brand new, and some amenities may be temporarily unavailable as operations are still being finalized.
• No on-site parking. Recommended parking is near Maple & Ash Restaurant in Block H, located across the street.
• No pets allowed (service animals permitted with prior notice).

Packages and Amazon delivery:
Unfortunately, the front desk is not permitted to accept packages on behalf of guests. As a result, any packages delivered to the building are either returned to the sender or placed in the owner`s private mailbox, which we do not have access to.

We kindly ask that you do not have packages shipped to the apartment during your stay, as we will be unable to retrieve or deliver them to you.

You are, however, welcome to order food and other on-demand deliveries through services such as Uber Eats or DoorDash. We simply ask that you meet the delivery driver in the lobby to collect your order.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM.
Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

Maximum capacity: 4 guests (no exceptions).

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Arrivals after 9:00 PM may have a $50 late check-in fee.
