What to Expect

Your sauna session includes a 1-hour pre-heating window.

This time is built in so you can start the wood stove, get the fire going, and bring the sauna up to temperature before you begin your 2-hour session.

- Cold plunge bucket (shutdowns once temperature reaches freezing levels during winter)

- Cozy robes (only included if booked at least 48 hours in advance)
