Tolle strandnahe Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist angenehm hell und geräumig. Wir waren zu viert da (2 Erwachsene, 10jährige und 2jährige). Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem und auch auf dem Schlafsofa schläft es sich wirklich gut! Die Umgebung ist total ruhig und sauber und man fällt quasi nach ein paar Metern in den Strand. In der näheren fußläufigen Umgebung gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, mehrere Restaurants und Eiscafes und eine Bäckerei. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung für eine kleine Familie

Wir (meine Frau und 1,5 jähriger Sohn) waren für eine Woche an der Ostsee. Die Wohnung hat für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen erfüllt. Der Kleine konnte im zur Verfügung stehenden Reisebett für Kleinkinder schlafen. Die Wohnunh war sauber und für meine Erfahrung übrig mit Haushaltsmitteln ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermiertern war auch ausgezeichnet. Wenn wir Nienhagen nochmals besuchen, würden wir uns wieder für diese Wohnubh entscheiden.

Erholsame Tage

Wir haben trotz durchwachsenem Wetter sehr schöne Tage hier verlebt. Rostock und Warnemünde laden dazu ein. Auch der Gespensterwald ist sehr reizvoll. Der Ort liegt sehr ruhig und es gibt auch nicht viel zu erkunden. Der Strand war vor ein paar Jahren noch schöner Sandstrand, jetzt gibt es viele Steine. Das Meer hat immer seinen Reiz. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und mit kleinen liebevollen Akzenten eingerichtet. Für 2 Personen ideal, für 4 Personen allerdings aus unserer Sicht zu klein. Mit 1x Teenager ging es aber für die paar Tage. Checkin, Checkout problemlos. Kommunikation 1a.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Saubere Wohnung, in einer sehr schönen Anlage. Sehr gepflegte ruhige Gegend. Kleines Geschäft, für die Frühstücksbrötchen direkt um die Ecke. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit der Dame die vor Ort zuständig ist. Einziger Minus Punkt war tatsächlich, der Strand der zwar Luftlinie direkt vor der Tür war , war mit einer wunderschönen Klippe. Sammeltreppe ist 5 Minuten entfernt.

Wahren 5 Tage da, Die Ferienwohnung war super. Voll ausgestattet es hat nichts gefehlt. Sogar Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Sahra die die Wohnung verwaltet war sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Ferienwohnung buchen.

Gemütliche Wohnung nah am Meer

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung. Erstaunlich gut ausgestattet, konnten wir gut kochen und waren so nicht auf Restaurants angewiesen. Für Strandspaziergänge und Ausflüge ist die Lage der Wohnung hervorragend. Auch das Haus und die Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen, es war schön ruhig. Wir können uns durchaus vorstellen, nochmal hier herzukommen.

Schöne Tage in Nienhagen

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Nienhagen und Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Die Dame, die uns den Hausschlüssel übergeben hat war sehr nett und freundlich. Alles in allem weiterzuempfehlen. Allerdings denken wir, dass das Appartment eher für zwei Gäste geeignet ist. Mit Teenager Kind auch ok für ein paar Tage. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit. Das Sofa ist sehr breit, aber ausklappen lässt es sich wohl nicht. Zumindest haben wir es nicht rausgefunden. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden und vieles darüber hinaus. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Nienhagen.

Modern, sehr gut ausgestattet und Sympathische Verwalter

Ich war sehr überrascht wie gut ausgestattet die Wohnung war. Sogar ein Wasch-Trockner stand zur Verfügung. Die Nähe zum Strand ist top. Die Verwalterin war sehr sympatisch und den handgeschrieben Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank hätte ich nicht erwartet. Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Urlaub.
