The spacious holiday rental on the ground floor features a separate double bedroom, an open-concept kitchen-living area with a sleeper sofa (sleeping surface: 1.60 m), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Enjoy the view of the Saar River and the Mediterranean-style garden with several seating areas.







The holiday rental and studio building is located in the quiet, idyllic heart of Kanzem, right on the Saar Cycling Trail. It was built in 2022 and has three stories. The ground floor houses studio and exhibition/seminar rooms. There are two apartments on each of the first and second floors.
The small apartments are designed for 2 people, while the large ones accommodate up to 4 people. An extended family also has the option of booking an entire floor. The apartments are bright and filled with natural light. The furnishings are high-quality, modern, uniquely styled, and very cosy. A TV and private Wi-Fi are standard. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The panoramic windows in the larger apartments also offer a view of the Saar River and an unobstructed view of the Kanzemer Altenberg vineyards.
Each apartment comes with a parking space right in front of the building. The large, quiet garden—with plenty of cosy seating areas—and the sheltered inner courtyard invite you to linger and relax. The train station is just a 5-minute walk away. Upon request, we offer various art classes in drawing, glass, wood, and stone (minimum of 5 participants).

On-site costs: Included: 1 parking space per holiday rental, Wi-Fi. Not included: Use of the washing machine and dryer. Glassblowing or sculpture courses can be booked for groups of 4 or more. Costs upon request. For smaller groups, it’s also possible to book an entire floor—please feel free to contact us to discuss the details. A bread roll service is available on weekends upon request. Additionally, breakfast is available for €15.00 per person upon request.
