About the host
Hosted by Erin DeHaas
Hi, my name is Erin DeHaas, I am from Annapolis, Maryland and as of the end of May 2026, I purchased this little slice of heaven. I love to be enveloped by nature and wildlife. I have a passion for plants and being surrounded by beautiful things.
Why they chose this property
I had been looking for property for a year or so with water features. And this property nailed it! A three-acre pond, a creek, and a river. It is so peaceful here. My hope is that this property gives my guests peace like it has given me.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique with the confluence of the creek and river. There are two spots in the river that you can wade in and cool off in the summer. You may fish in the river (must have a WV fishing license) and catch dinner. Not to mention the large catch and release pay pond (no license required) where we stock channel catfish, largemouth bass, blue gill, and sunfish.
