• Primary guest must be 25 years or older. Reservations not meeting this requirement may be canceled. Guests under 25 may inquire about exceptions.
• No mail delivery to the building. Mail can be collected from the post office located two blocks away.
• Extra linens are not provided. An on-site laundry room is available for guest use.
• Guests may access only the areas listed in the booking.
• Quiet hours after 11:00 PM.
• No food or drinks on the bed.
• No pets unless explicitly authorized.
