This holiday rental, which sleeps 2–3 people, is located at the rear of the former historic signal box of the Vierländer Railway in the Vierlanden district, in the Kirchwerder area. The truly unique, nature-filled location—about 400 metres from the nearest public road, directly adjacent to Hamburg’s largest nature reserve, the Kirchwerder Meadows, and the Kirchwerder Marschbahndamm hiking and biking trail—is ideal for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet.

You’ll be staying in the heart of nature, yet still able to reach city centre Hamburg—with all its cultural offerings—in just 30 minutes by car. There is also a bus stop very nearby.

The Elbe River, swimming lakes, restaurants such as the Zollenspieker Fährhaus, the Elbe ferry, and organic farms are all in the immediate vicinity. All shopping options for daily needs and a playground are within walking distance.

The former signal box and estate have already been used twice as a filming location for the ARD crime series *Nord bei Nordwest*.

Whether for a summer or winter holiday, in our holiday apartment with its own entrance you can unwind, relax, and enjoy a romantic getaway. The unique decor of our holiday rental lends your stay a very special charm and offers plenty of space to feel at home.

The living area of approximately 98 square metres is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is an open-concept kitchen-living room with a storage closet, two living rooms—one of which is furnished with a sleeper sofa—and a spacious bathroom with two sinks. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom and an additional bathroom.

On the large terrace, you’ll enjoy the sunsets and have wonderful evenings barbecuing. In addition, from there and the private garden—which is for your exclusive use—you’ll have a view stretching for kilometres across fields and meadows, which are ideal for long walks and bike rides. Enjoy the peace, nature, and seclusion. Aside from the owners, who live in the front part of the signal box, the nearest neighbors are about 400 metres away.
