Peinture et tapisserie à revoir ainsi que la fermeture porte cuisine et baie vitrée mettre grillage sur balustrades donnant sur la rue (pour les chiens) Revoir chasse eau qui coule Revoir la propreté dommage car la maison a du charme accés plage des Nonnes par escaliers abrupts
