Welcome to your vibrant New Orleans retreat! Located in the lively Bywater/St. Roch neighborhood just two blocks from St. Claude Avenue, this stylish townhouse is the perfect home base. We`re a short walk to Crescent Park, neighborhood coffee shops (there`s a highly rated one right across the street!), and incredible local dining. Enjoy the colorful streets of the Bywater, or take a quick 10-minute ride to the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street.

Step inside this spacious New Orleans townhouse, blending contemporary design with historic neighborhood charm. The home is an ideal setup for groups, featuring generous living spaces and a stunning private heated pool to relax by after a long day of exploring.

Guests love our outdoor oasis! The private heated pool provides the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Louisiana sun. The location is truly unbeatable for those looking to experience the authentic, artistic side of New Orleans while remaining just minutes from the city`s top attractions.

There is free street parking. No assigned parking.

Our property is located in a vibrant, residential neighborhood. We enforce quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM and have noise sensors to monitor for excessive volume. Please be respectful of our neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES will be tolerated, and any violations will result in termination of your reservation without a refund.

There is no smoking or vaping on the property whatsoever. This includes inside the home and the outdoor pool area. Violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee and termination of your reservation without a refund. We’re VERY SERIOUS about this.

We unfortunately cannot offer luggage storage before or after your stay due to space limitations, but we recommend using Bounce, a luggage storage service, for any needs you may have.

Located in the St. Roch/Bywater area, two blocks from the bustling St. Claude Avenue corridor, this neighborhood is known for its incredible art, colorful houses, and fantastic local dining scene. It’s an authentic slice of New Orleans culture, tucked just far enough away from the downtown noise while still being incredibly accessible. You’ll find top-rated coffee shops right across the street, and it`s a short trip to Frenchmen Street for live music or Crescent Park for beautiful views of the Mississippi River.

Download the Jazzy App: New Orleans’ public transit is easy to use with the Le Pass app (the official RTA/Jazzy app). Download it to buy digital passes for streetcars and buses right on your phone. When boarding, simply activate your pass and show it to the driver or conductor.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or SMOKING/VAPING ONSITE. We’re VERY serious about this. Violations will result in fines and/or eviction from the property without a refund. Our property features a pool and is not baby-proofed, so please use discretion when traveling with smaller children.

New Orleans is prone to hurricanes and other storms, sometimes outside of the normal season. Please note that we do not move, cancel, or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, road conditions/closures, travel cancellations, and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, we HIGHLY SUGGEST that you purchase trip insurance or book closer to your travel dates.

There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details.
Please carefully read our house rules below

1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.

2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We enforce quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM.

3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

4.Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed on your reservation will receive 1 set of towels for their stay (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth, makeup towel). We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. There is a washer/dryer available in the unit should you need to refresh your towels during your stay.

5. Smoking & vaping in the unit or building or on the rooftop terrace/pool area will result in a $500 cleaning fee and termination of your reservation without refund.

6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken. As of May 2022, all OTA platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate eviction from the property.

7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.

8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels. We provide makeup removal towels for this purpose.

9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.

10. There are no pets allowed at this property. A $250 fine will be charged for any evidence of pets.

11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo”. It will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.

12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space, we can assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.

14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

15. Message us for long term stays.

16. Trash is picked up weekly on Fridays. You can take any extra trash out to the bin if needed.

17. Our TV`s are streaming (no cable/satellite), and we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out.

18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it`s possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge for the additional booking time. Payment will be requested through your booking profile after your additional time has been approved.

19. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee. This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.
