Schöne Lage, ausbaufähige Sauberkeit, harte Matratzen

Positiv: + Sehr schöne Lage, schnell am Deich oder mit dem Bus in die nächste Ortschaft + schöne Möbel, ansprechende Deko + Preis/Leistung in Ordnung + schöne Terasse, großer Garten Negativ: - Ameisen in dem Objekt (kamen durch eine Öffnung am Haupteingang) - Spinnenweben an Lampen im Wohnzimmer - FeWo Direkt erhebt eine nicht erstattungsfähige Gebühr in Höhe von ca 110 Euro - Unmittelbarer Nachbar war sehr unhöflich und beschwerte sich bei anderen Anwohnern über die Parksituation der FeWo Besucher - Alle 6 Besucher (unterschiedlicher Gewichtsklasse) empfanden die Matratzen als viel zu hart, der Schlaf war wirklich nicht erholsam - Zusatzleistung (Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc.) viel zu teuer
