Free Wi-Fi.Fully equipped kitchen (oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher). Bathroom with shower (walk-in). Near the lake. Use of the garden (patio, grill, furniture). Storage room for bicycles available. Parking directly in front of the property. All windows have exterior shutters and insect screens. Pets not allowed. A linens package (towels and bed linens) can be booked for an additional 10 euros per person.<br><br>Welcome to Müllrose! Our holiday home is located in the heart of the Schlaubetal Nature Park in the beautiful “state-recognized resort town” of Müllrose. A 20-minute walk takes you to the large Müllrose Lake with its beautiful lakeside promenade. This lake also has two public swimming beaches. The Oder-Spree Canal is a 10-minute walk away. There, you can rent boats, kayaks, and more. There’s also a very good restaurant called “Am Kanal” right on the canal. A petrol station and shopping options are about a 5-minute walk away. As soon as you leave the property through the back gate, the forest invites you to take a stroll. The holiday home has been completely renovated. Free Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit is available. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with LED TVs from Samsung.Im. The living room features a fully automatic wood pellet fireplace that provides cosy warmth. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee pod machine, microwave, and all necessary accessories. There are 2 separate bedrooms (2 large double beds). The dining area is located in the light-filled dining room. Bathroom with a walk-in shower (level-access). 3 fans, in case it gets too warm. All windows have exterior shutters. Insect screens are also available in all rooms.<br><br>Optional bookable services:<br>- 1 set of bed linens & towels per person: 11.31 EUR per person per stay
