Our experience

The studio apartment (sleeping areas are not separate rooms) is very nicely decorated. It is located in an area that has no parking for the guests. You have to park on a Main Street or local parking area. We were fortunate and could park a few streets away. The biggest issue is this apartment has very poor ventilation and no fans or air conditioning. There are two small windows that face the alley that open, that is it. All other windows are block glass and can’t open. It was very hot and the air was stagnant without a fan. We stayed one night and had to move to another location due to the heat and no air movement. Julia, the owner seemed to be understanding and said that she would refund our two nights. After I supplied the requested information she has not sent the refund and does not reply to communications.
