Lonely cabin in Småland directly on the lake

Forest estate with view over private lake



A warm welcome to this fabulous forest estate, located about 20 km. from Värnamo. The house was built in 2010 and situated on a hilltop, 100 meters from the lake.



The house contains two bedrooms on the ground floor with two double beds in each and one with junior bed. Moreover, there is a loft of about 16 square meters with tree beds-perfect for teenagers!



From the house there is a unique view of the lake. From September 2012 on, a bathing bridge and a rowing boat will be available. The forest is a hilly terrain with cliffs and forest trails. In short, a place where relaxation is the most natural. Within approx. 30 km radius there are, besides the two large cities Värnamo and Ljungby, whole six golf courses aswell as Cowboy City High Chaparral. There is also a good chance to see moose in the surrounding.

A wonderful place!

The house is superbly located. The lake below, the forest all around: it's magical! A peaceful place with beautiful autumn light. The 2 weeks holiday went by too quickly! The house is very well equipped. The area is beautiful and the Store Mosse National Park is nearby, very convenient for visits. Provide better information for the people in the house. How to sort rubbish, where the keys are (photos help a lot!).

Herrliche Ruhe

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Ferienwoche hier. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und die Ruhe wunderbar. Von hier sind viele Ziele gut zu erreichen, z.B. der Store Mosse Nationalpark.Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass man am eigenen Steg nicht wirklich gut schwimmen gehen konnte und der Weg dorthin etwas zu lang war, um mit der ganzen Familie dort zu essen oder die Kinder dort alleine spielen zu lassen, da von Haus aus nicht einsehbar.Aber die wunderbare Terasse mit Blick über den See und die nahen Badestellen habe das wett gemacht.

Das Haus liegt wunderschön von Wald umgeben auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf den See. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein hübsches kleines Tal mit einem - eigentlich zur Jagd vorgesehenen - Hochsitz, von dem man gut die schöne Natur beobachten kann. Das Haus ist vom Bau und der Einrichtung her im dänischen Stil und sehr gemütlich. Die zum Haus gehörenden Boote sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber teilweise noch benutzbar.Für die Anfahrt zum Haus mit dem Auto ist ein wenig Bodenfreiheit durchaus zweckmäßig, ansonsten bekommt man vom Gras in der Mitte eine gratis Unterbodenwäsche. Durch die schöne Alleinlage hatten wir beim Haus Besuch von Rehen, Hasen und auch von einem Elch. Also alles super, ein tolles Haus, das wir sehr empfehlen können.

Super Lage und viel Ruhe

Das Haus liegt etwas höher mit tollem Blick auf den See. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden und die Betten sind bequem. Für alle die am Tage und auch Abends die Ruhe geniessen möchten ist dieses Haus perfekt.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, sehr schöne Umgebung nette Leute und ein schöner See. Wenn jemand mal was ruhe braucht ist es perfekt Schade war nur das die Boote alle undicht waren.

Magisches Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr abgelegen an einem wunderschönen Ort. Dort lässt es sich hervorragend entspannen. Auch für Kinder ein riesengroßer Abenteuerspielplatz. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und mehr, spitze! In den Ecken/Schränken hätte es noch ein Tick sauberer sein können. Das Hems Zimmer müsste öfter gelüftet werden.
