Note: the spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have independent temperature control from the pool.

Lost & Found Policy

If any item is found, we will contact you. Guests may pick it up in person or request shipping for a fee of US$30 + taxes plus shipping costs. We are not responsible for forgotten items.
