Diese moderne Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Ich habe selten eine Wohnung gesehen, die so perfekt ausgestattet ist. Hochwertige Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Aufbewahrungsdosen, Schüsseln etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Eine Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Kamin ist toll, wir hatten ihn während unserem Aufenthalt aber nicht genutzt. Die Betten und Matratzen sind sehr gut. Im Bad gibt es entweder eine Außenjalousie oder ein Verdunkelungsrollo - eins von beiden muss man nutzen, da man ansonsten von außen ins Badezimmer schauen kann. Hier wäre ein Plissee, das nicht verdunkelt, wünschenswert. Die Lage ist perfekt. Bis zum nächsten Bäcker sind es ca. 150 m, bis zur Fußgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants 300 m, bis zum Deich keine 100 m und bis zum nächsten Edeka 350 m und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Der Fahrstuhl ist ebenfalls perfekt. Die große Terrasse ist toll, man muss nur beachten, dass an der Nordsee immer ein starker Wind weht und der Sonnenschirm leicht umkippen kann. Hier wäre ein stärkerer Schirmhalter oder eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung des Schirms am Geländer empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
