Idyllic farmhouse in the agricultural landscape



The eastern wing is located in a beautiful, undisturbed and relaxing environment, together with our wild and domestic animals in the agricultural landscape. The house is located in the middle of the Kulla Peninsula. Both Helsingborg and Ängelholm and Höganäs are located between 15 and 20km away. Along the entire coast of the Kulla Peninsula there are many small, cozy old fishing ports with quieter bathing areas. If you want a little more life, go to the beaches of the larger cities.



The scenic Kullaberg with the famous seaside resort of Mölle can be reached in about 40 minutes. For those interested in golf, there are about ten courses within close distance. There are many activities nearby for both small and large, such as Sofiero Castle Gardens, Bird and Play Park, Tropikariet, the train museum and the local history park in Ängelholm, several nature reserves beautiful and suitable for walks, porpoise and tuna safaris, fishing in the Sound, Ridlekis. There are many restaurants and cafes to choose from, for example Tomatens Hus, Flinkmans Café, Flickorna Lundgren.



There are opportunities for walks on the farm, but if you want to go further afield, you can take one of the nature and cultural trails in the area. In Kattarp you reach the old railway embankment that extends to Höganäs and further to Mölle. The rails no longer exist, so it is well suited for both walks and bike rides. The railway embankment passes Svedberga-kulle, which is a nature reserve. From the top you have a breathtaking view of the landscape and the sea. “Östra Flygeln” is a very old half-timbered house that was originally part of the surrounding farm Fleninge Gunnestorp, dating back to the late 15th century.



Today, the Östra Flygeln is a wing building in a very beautiful courtyard. The two-storey building of approximately 220 square metres has a glazed veranda overlooking the garden with a pond and the entire cultural landscape in the background.



The ground floor of the house is fully accessible for disabled people. There are four bedrooms with a total of 8 beds but with good possibilities for extra beds. In addition to the veranda, there is a living room with a TV on the upper floor of the house. The kitchen has a stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, food processor, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In a separate room there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. On the patio outside the veranda there is garden furniture and a barbecue for cozy evenings.



The farm runs an agricultural company with a focus on crop production, which means that during the period from the end of July to the beginning of September there may be a slightly higher noise level on the farm than normal due to harvesting work. The landlords are German and English speaking.
